We begin with a Discovery Call to evaluate your readiness and ensure that we make a good team. After completing a Health and Lifestyle Assessment, we discuss your wellness goals. The education includes a series of classes and interactive activities that will help you make important changes in your lifestyle behaviors. As you make the changes, I coach and support you in your “Journey to Wellness.”
